Delhi Court to Aaj Tak: Don’t Telecast Evidence Related to Shraddha Walkar Murder Case - 10.04.2023

Delhi Saket Court while restricting Aaj Tak from telecasting any material in relation to the Shraddha Walkar murder case, has observed that any dissemination of sensitive information pertaining to a murder case will definitely result in psychological repercussions on accused and victim's family.
