SC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Exorbitant Enrolment Fees Charged by State Bar Councils - 10.04.2023

Supreme Court has issued notice to Central government, Bar Council of India and all the State Bar Councils in the writ petition challenging the exorbitant and different enrolment fees being charged by different state bar councils.
