Ker HC: Purposeful Attempts to Show That Convict is Not Well-Behaved & Deny Parole is Illegal - 10.04.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that purposeful attempt by jail authorities made to create an impression that a convict is not a well-behaved person in turn to deny leave to him is illegal.
