Mad HC: Consider Issuing of Passport to Man Whose Mother was Indian & Father a Srilankan Refugee - 10.04.2023

Madras High Court while directing Regional Passport authority to consider representation of man for Indian passport whose mother was Indian while father was srilankan refugee, has observed that such actions suggest that we are still stuck in patriarchal notions.
