NGT Issues Showcause Notice to U'khand, Himachal over Forest Fires - 03.05.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued showcause notice to Governments of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, asking as to what plans they have to deal with forest fires.
