Kerala Court: Rape is an Evil Act; a Brutal Exertion of Power and Control Over Another Person - 07.04.2023

Kerala Court while sentencing a 26 year old accused to 20 years imprisonment for rape and impregnating a 17 year old minor, has observed that rape is a crime of violence which is deeply personal and unwanted violation of human being & a brutal exertion of power and control over another person.
