Raj HC Consider Parole of Dacoity-Murder Convict as Per Rules Applicable at Time of Conviction - 06.04.2023

Rajasthan High Court has asked State to consider parole application of a Dacoity-Murder convict under the Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 1958 (Old Rules) on ground that prisoner was convicted prior to implementation of Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021.
