Patna HC Orders Fresh Trial in POCSO Case in Which Trial was Concluded in Single Day - 06.04.2023

Patna High Court while setting aside a trail in POCSO case in which court framed charges and convicted accused in single day, ordered a fresh trail and observed that there was flagrant violation of principles of natural justice and blatant disregard to mandatory statutory provisions of CrPC.
