SC Stays Notification Cancelling Nagaland Local Body Polls - 06.04.2023

Supreme Court while issuing contempt notice in plea alleging non-compliance of order of Apex Court directing State and Nagaland State Election Commission to hold local body election in Nagaland, has stayed operation of order by Election Commission cancelling election programme.
