SC: Press has a Duty to Speak Truth and Present Citizens With Hard Facts - 05.04.2023

Supreme Court while ruling against telecast ban imposed by Centre on news channel MediaOne using plea of National Security, observed that press has a duty to speak truth and present citizens with hard facts and enabling them to make choices that prepare democracy in the right direction.
