Kerala HC: TRAI’s New Tariff Order is in Public Interest - 05.04.2023

Kerala High Court while dismissing plea challenging TRAI’s new Tariff Order wherein broadcasters increased channel prices for cable TV operators for inclusion in bouquet, has observed that the same is in public interest and show no illegality, arbitrariness, mala fides or other legal infirmities.
