Guj. HC: CCI’s Investigation Order Doesn’t Affect Rights and Liability of Party - 04.04.2023

Gujarat High Court while dismissing petition filed by J.K. Paper Ltd. challenging an investigation order by Competition Commission of India (CCI) observed that order merely directs an investigation to examine allegations and does not effects the rights and liabilities of the petitioner.
