Ker. HC: Can’t Use Municipality-Owned Parking Space for Dharna Without Official Permission - 04.04.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that although every citizen has right to access Shops in building owned by municipality, open space is intended for parking of vehicles of customers only, and held that no one can claim right to organise Dharna in such places without permission of Municipality.
