SC: Injured Witness’s Evidence has Greater Evidentiary Value - 03.04.2023

Supreme Court while reiterating principles on appreciation of oral evidence of injured eye witnesses during trial stage has observe that evidence of injured witness has greater evidentiary value and unless compelling reasons exist, their statements are not to be discarded lightly.
