Guj. HC Quashes CIC Order Directing Guj. University to Provide Info on PM Modi’s Degree - 03.04.2023

Gujarat High Court has quashed and set aside order of the Central Information Commission that directed Gujarat University to provide information regarding degrees of PM Modi to Arvind Kejriwal, and observed that no public interest involved in such disclosure.
