SC: Can't Declare Entire Animal Kingdom as Legal Entity - 03.04.2023

Supreme Court while dismissing a PIL seeking declaration of the entire animal kingdom as legal entities with corresponding rights of a living person, has observed that petition cannot be granted by Court in its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 32 of Constitution.
