SC: Court Can’t Prescribe Qualification/Declare Equivalency of a Course - 30.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that courts would not prescribe qualification and/or declare equivalency of a course, has held that until and unless rule itself prescribes the courts would not supplement its views or substitute its views to that of expert bodies.
