SC: Can’t Challenge Interview Merely Because Candidate Feel More Marks Should’ve Been Awarded - 30.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that criteria for evaluation of a candidate’s performance in an interview may be diverse and some of it may be subjective, has held that same can’t be challenged subsequently simply because candidate feels more marks should’ve been awarded by panel.
