SC Allows Disbursal of Funds to Depositors from SEBI Sahara Fund - 30.03.2023

Supreme Court has allowed Centre’s application seeking allocation of ? 5,000 crore out of ? 24,979 crores from SEBI-Sahara Fund to repay the dues of the depositors of the Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies.
