SC Affirms Centre’s Notification Making E-Filing Mandatory in DRTs & DRATs - 30.03.2023

Supreme Court while affirming notification of the Ministry of Finance which makes e-filing mandatory in DRTs and DRATs, has observed that e-filing not only provides for transparency and efficiency in the administration of justice but also facilitates 24/7 access to justice.
