Delhi Court: Putting Vermillion & Garlanding Each Other Sufficient to Induce Belief of Marriage - 29.03.2023

Delhi Saket Court while observing that acts of putting vermillion on head and garlanding each other are sufficient to induce the belief of lawful marriage has directed registration of FIR against man for allegedly raping a woman on the false pretext of marrying her.
