Bom HC: To Hate/Treat Stray Dogs With Cruelty Not Acceptable Approach from Persons of Civil Society - 29.03.2023

Bombay High Court while urging a housing society to take a compassionate view over feeding of stray dogs has observed that that if society continues to take coercive measures and by physical force prevent person from taking care of animals, such actions would amount to commission of an offence.
