Bom. HC: Custodial Torture is Not Official Duty - 28.03.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that custodial torture is not official duty and no sanction is required to prosecute police officers in cases of death due to custodial torture has directed Special CBI Court to enhance charges against three police officers from hurt to murder.
