SC: Declarants of Exotic Live Species Ownership Immune from Prosecution as Per 2020 MoEFCC Advisory - 28.03.2023

Supreme Court has held that individuals who have made declaration of ownership of 'exotic live species' in accordance with 2020 advisory issued by MoEFCC are immune from prosecution under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 or action under any future laws and amendments incorporated in the Act.
