Del. HC Partially Allows Plea Against Discharge of Sharjeel Imam & Others in Jamia Violence Case - 28.03.2023

Delhi High Court while partially allowing petition against discharge of Sharjeel Imam, Safoora Zargar, Asif Iqbal Tanha and eight others in Jamia violence case has observed that right to peaceful assembly is subject to reasonable restrictions and acts of violence/violent speeches are not protected.
