SC Suggests Meeting Between DCPCR & MWCD to Discuss 2021 Amendment to JJ Act - 28.03.2023

Supreme Court has suggested that meeting be held between Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) and Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) to discuss the issue of 2021 amendments made to Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act 2015 (JJ Act).
