Cal. HC: Male Counterpart Have a Discounted Relevance in Assisted Reproductive Technology Process - 27.03.2023

Calcutta High Court has observed that if omissions under various provisions of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Act, 2021 are read together it appears that Act has discounted the relevance of a man as a part of a commissioning couple and even as a necessary part of ART altogether.
