Bom. HC: Sanatan Sanstha Not Declared Banned Organization Under UAPA - 27.03.2023

Bombay High Court while granting bail to two members of Sanatan Sanstha in Sunburn Terror Attack Conspiracy 2017 and Nallasopara Arms Haul Case 2018 has observed that ‘Sanatan Sanstha’ is has not been declared to be a banned/terrorist organization under UAPA.
