HP HC: Water is State Property; Not Private Entitlement of People Who Use it - 24.03.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing that it is a misconception that water belongs to villagers who use it, has held that Water is State property and no individual has any right to claim this as his property, even though it might be situated within his personal property.
