HP HC: Under National Highway Act, Arbitrator Has to Give Award Within 1 Year - 24.03.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing that arbitrator under National Highways Act is bound to follow A&C Act, has held that arbitrator is mandated to deliver award within 1 year from date of entering reference and non-compliance of same will result in termination of mandate of arbitrator.
