SC to Ministry of Law: Conduct Judicial Impact Assessment of All Tribunals at the Earliest - 23.03.2023

Supreme Court has directed Ministry of Law & Justice to conduct "Judicial Impact Assessment" of tribunals as per its directions in Rojer Mathew v. South Indian Bank Ltd. (MANU/SC/1563/2019
) to better understand the case load, efficacy, financial impact, and accessibility of tribunals at large.
