Ker. HC: Affidavit Explaining Delay Sufficient When Victim Appeals Against Acquittal - 23.03.2023

Kerala High Court has held that a delay condonation petition is not required to be filed by a victim who prefers an appeal against acquittal even after a delay of more than 90 days. The only requirement is to file an affidavit explaining the delay.
