All. HC Cancels Bail Granted to Advocate Accused of Sending Obnoxious Messages to Lady Judge - 22.03.2023

Allahabad High Court has canceled bail granted by a local court to advocate who has been accused of sending obnoxious messages to a lady judge, and stated that sessions judge ought to have considered fact that such conduct of accused will have a deleterious effect on functioning of judicial system.
