SC: State Board Employees Can't be Considered State Government Employees - 22.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that employees of Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board are not entitled to pension on par with Government employees has held that employees of a body corporate established by a State Government cannot be treated at par with the employees of the State Government.
