SC: Judges Not Following Judgments on Bail Might be Taken Off from Judicial Work & Sent for Training - 22.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that even after 10 months of judgment, district judiciary is not complying with direction in Satender Kumar Antil case, and warned judges that if magistrates are passing orders in derogation of the law laid down, they may be required to be sent to judicial training.
