Gau HC: Insurance Co. Not liable to Pay Compensation for Death of Gratuitous Passenger - 20.03.2023

Gauahti High Court has held that Insurance Company is not liable to pay compensation for the death of gratuitous passengers travelling in goods vehicle, and he can recover the compensation granted in their favour by the Tribunal from the owner of the vehicle.
