SC: If Serious Offences are Subsequently Added in FIR, Bail Can be Cancelled - 20.03.2023

Supreme Court while setting aside bail in a Casting Couch case has held that if serious offence are added in FIR, Court can direct that accused be arrested even though an order of bail was earlier granted in his favour in respect of the offences charged when his application for bail was considered.
