Ker. HC: IOs/PPs Can’t Casually Seek Extension of Time for Completing Probe in NDPS Cases - 17.03.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that investigating officers (IO) and public prosecutors (PP) can’t casually seek extension of time for completing probe in NDPS cases, has held that necessity of setting out twin requirements for extension of detention beyond 180 days can’t be overlooked.
