Ker. HC Issues Directions for Implementation of Reservation for PwD Appointments in Aided School - 15.03.2023

Kerala High Court while modifying a single bench order directing State to give effect to its 2018 decision regarding PwD (Person with Disability) reservation for employment in aided educational institutions, has issued additional directions for effective implementation of the same.
