Del. HC: Arbitrator Can Declare Terms of Contract Null Even if Not Sought by Party in Pleadings - 15.03.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that it is within the domain of the Arbitrator to interpret the terms of the contract has held that arbitrator can declare terms of contract as null even if no such declaration was sought by party in their pleadings.
