SC: Only 10% Seats in Higher Judiciary Can be Filled via Limited Competitive Examination - 14.03.2023

Supreme Court has directed Madhya Pradesh High Court to comply with directions of Supreme Court in All India Judges’ Association v. UOI (MANU/SC/1120/2010
) which directed High Courts to reserve only 10% seats in higher judiciary to be filled up by departmental competitive examination.
