Delhi HC Stays Proceedings Against DCW Chairperson Swati Maliwal - 13.03.2023

Delhi High Court while staying proceedings against Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Swati Maliwal over corruption allegations has asked if "nepotism" is an offence under Prevention of Corruption Act.
