HP HC: Police Can Seize Property Only if Found Under Circumstances Creating Suspicion of Offence - 13.03.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court has observing that Section 102 CrPC empowers Police Officer to seize property on existence of condition that property should have been suspected to have been stolen or which may be found under circumstances which create suspicion of commission of any offence.
