Chhattisgarh HC: 100% Reservation for Women is Unconstitutional - 13.03.2023

Chhattisgarh High Court has declared Note-2 under Schedule-III of Chhattisgarh Medical Education Service Recruitment Rules, 2013 & consequent advertisement made for recruitment to posts of Asst. Professor (Nursing) & Demonstrator wherein 100% of seats were reserved for women, as unconstitutional.
