JKL HC: Counter-Signing Authority's Denial Won't Lead to Termination Without Enquiry - 13.03.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that when issuing authority verifies the experience certificate, mere denial of counter signature on a certificate in absence of enquiry does not warrant termination of service.
