Delhi HC: Court’s Hand Tied Till Law is Amended to Deal With Cases of Teenage Relationships - 10.03.2023

Delhi High Court while framing charges under POCSO, despite victim stating that she had consensual relationship with accused, has stated that though it is desirable that cases of teenage relationship are dealt with on different footing, Court's hands are tied till law is amended by parliament.
