Gujarat HC: Father Removing Child from Mother's Custody Not Kidnapping - 10.03.2023

Gujarat High Court while observing that father of a child is natural and lawful guardian, has held that removal by him of his son from his mother is not an offence of kidnapping under Section 361 of IPC.
