SC: Courts Shouldn’t Summon Appearance of Officials at The Drop of The Hat - 07.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that it is open to the High court to come to any conclusion on the basis of the pleadings and materials available on record, has stated that it is not open to the Court to summon the appearance of the officials at the drop of the hat while hearing contempt cases.
