SC Extends Jurisdiction of Committee to Oversee Transfer/Import of Wild Animals in India - 06.03.2023

Supreme Court has extended jurisdiction and scope of High Powered Committee to oversee transfer/import of wild animals in India as constituted by High Court of Tripura, with modification that Chief Wild Life Warden of State to which issue relates will be the co-opted as Members of Committee.
