JKL HC: Standing Order Issued by State for Regulation of Stone Crushing Units is a Valid Legislation - 06.03.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that Standing Order issued by J&K Government in 2021 for regulation of the stone crushing units in the UT as a valid piece of legislation, stated that said order liberalized the establishment of stone crusher units.
